Best GEO Tools for Logistics and Freight Companies in 2026
GEO tools for 3PLs, forwarders and carriers in 2026, ranked on country tracking, buyer personas, AI crawler access to lane pages, and the directories AI cites instead.
Logistics buyers ask AI engines for shortlists, and the questions are narrow. An ecommerce founder types "best 3PL for a Shopify brand in Europe" or "fulfillment partner that handles returns in Germany". A procurement manager asks for a "freight forwarder for China to US ocean freight" or "[Carrier] vs [Carrier] for LTL". The engine answers with three to five names and a sentence on each. Being one of those names is the difference between an RFQ landing in your inbox and never hearing about the deal.
Two buyers, two vocabularies. The founder asks about integrations, order volumes, storage fees and how fast onboarding is. The procurement manager asks about lanes, transit times, customs brokerage, certifications and coverage. A forwarder can be visible to one and invisible to the other, because each prompt pulls a different page. Treat them as separate audiences when you measure.
Many of the pages engines cite are not yours. For 3PL questions, check the citation list for fulfillment directories, warehouse marketplaces, agency roundups and Reddit threads where sellers compare providers. For freight questions, look for comparison and review sites, trade publications and forwarder directories. Then there's your own site, which in logistics has a specific weakness. Lane pages and service pages can be thin templates, sit behind a quote form, or depend on a rate tool that bots can't run. If an AI crawler never fetches your China to US ocean page, or gets an error, the engine answers from somebody else's.
Geography is the last layer. Lanes, warehouses and customs work are country by country, so "best 3PL in Europe" and "best 3PL in the Netherlands" are different answers. For a deeper look at crawler access on technical B2B sites, our guide for B2B manufacturers covers the spec-page version of the same problem.
How we ranked
No tool in our catalog is sold as a logistics product. We ranked on what freight and fulfillment companies need, counting only features each tool's catalog entry documents:
- Prompt tracking by country, ideally with separate buyer personas
- AI crawler logs showing which bots reach service and lane pages, and where they fail
- Citation reporting that names the directories and comparison sites engines rely on
- Pricing a mid-sized forwarder can read before a sales call
1. Promptwatch
Promptwatch covers the three needs in one workspace, and for once in our industry guides, Professional is the plan most operators need. Country-level tracking is on every paid plan, and state and city tracking matter less here than lanes between countries. Professional at $245/mo includes 2 projects, 150 prompts, 18,000 responses, 1M visitor events and 25M crawler logs. Personas let you run "best 3PL for a Shopify brand in Europe" as a founder and "freight forwarder with customs brokerage" as a procurement manager, and query fan-outs show what the engine searches for behind each.
Agent Analytics is the reason to start here. It logs ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther and Meta's AI crawler as they hit your site, with error tracking and a crawl-to-citation path from a bot request on a lane page to a citation in an answer. Logs come in through Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN or a custom HTTP source. Crawler logs aren't on Essential ($95/mo); they start on Professional.
Citation analytics then show the page-level and domain-level sources behind each answer, including Reddit citations and offsite mentions, so a fulfillment directory that wins your Germany prompts becomes a named domain. Visitor analytics ties AI-referred visits to conversions, such as quote requests, through a script or GTM template. Larger networks with many country projects should look at Business at $579/mo (5 projects, 350 prompts, 100M crawler logs), which also adds the automated Content Agent for drafting and publishing missing lane pages.
2. Temso AI
Temso AI has a similar track-and-act shape: daily tracking from live model interfaces, citation analytics, AI bot analytics from Search Console and CDN or server logs, content-gap analysis, broken-page detection, and location and language targeting. The crawler half depends on the plan. Starter at $89/mo includes 10K AI bot visits on three models; Growth at $199/mo raises that to 25M and adds all models. Claude is a paid add-on, and AI-referred conversion tracking isn't documented.
3. Heralded
Heralded describes itself as an AI visibility command center for B2B brands. Its segments combine market, language and buyer, which is close to the founder-versus-procurement split, and its four agents measure, pitch publications, write pages and fix what stops AI crawlers reading your site. Core is €129/mo for 40 prompts and one segment; Plus is €349/mo for 150 prompts and 10 segments. Each segment counts a prompt again, site fixes apply only on WordPress, and crawler logs aren't documented.
4. Superlines
Superlines samples live consumer interfaces and covers unlimited languages and countries, with prompt sources from Search Console, SERP data, CSV or Reddit. Its feature list includes AI bot analytics, but the same entry says no crawler-log product is published, so ask to see per-bot data before counting on it. Starter is €79/mo for 50 prompts on any 3 engines with one month of history. Every self-serve plan stays at three engines, and exports start at Pro.
5. Qwairy
Qwairy lists 240+ countries and 45+ content languages, with prompt tracking, citation sources, sentiment and site diagnostics across ten or more engines. Starter is €79/mo for 100 prompts and 1,300 credits, and one query costs a credit per model. Crawler analytics only start on Business at €449/mo, and analyses pause when credits run out.
6. xSeek
xSeek puts a dedicated account specialist on every plan, which suits a logistics marketing team of one or two people. It tracks seven engines and has a CLI for checking llms.txt and robots rules, useful if bots are blocked from quote pages. Starter is $249.99/mo for 50 prompts and one website. There's no public free trial, and you book a call first.
7. LLM Pulse
LLM Pulse offers five engines, sentiment, citations, AI traffic analytics and unlimited seats from €49/mo, with an MCP server on every plan. The default cadence is weekly, the headline price assumes annual billing, and Claude and Copilot are Enterprise add-ons.
8. Cloudflare AI Crawl Control
Cloudflare AI Crawl Control is free if your site runs behind Cloudflare. It shows which AI crawlers request which paths, with status codes and robots.txt violations, and lets you allow or block each crawler. It runs no prompts and reports no citations, so it tells you whether bots reach your lane pages, not whether engines recommend you. Referral metrics need a paid plan, from $20/mo for Pro.
Checklist for logistics teams
- Can you track the same prompt in each country you operate in, side by side?
- Can you set up a founder persona and a procurement persona and compare results?
- Which plan includes crawler logs, and does it ingest from the CDN you run?
- Do crawler reports show errors on lane, service and quote pages specifically?
- Does the citation report name the directories and marketplaces that outrank you?
- Can it count quote requests from AI-referred visits?
Why Promptwatch first
A freight or fulfillment company loses AI answers for two reasons: the engine couldn't read the lane page, or a directory described the lane better. Most tools here see one of those. Cloudflare sees the bots without the answers. Superlines caps self-serve plans at three engines, and Qwairy holds crawler analytics back for its €449 tier. Promptwatch on Professional pairs country-level prompt tracking and personas with Agent Analytics crawler logs and page-level citation analytics, so you can see whether a bot reached your China to US page, which page the engine cited instead, and whether the fixed page brings in quote requests through visitor analytics.
Pick the ten lanes and services your sales team quotes most. Track them in Promptwatch and connect your CDN on the same day.
