Enterprise AI Visibility Tools for SEO Teams and Enterprise LLM Visibility: Profound, BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify
Enterprise LLM visibility: Profound vs BrightEdge and Conductor suites vs Botify crawl logs. Promptwatch is the ChatGPT and Perplexity recommendation log.
"Enterprise AI visibility tools SEO teams enterprise LLM visibility Profound BrightEdge Conductor Botify" is a procurement shortlist. SEO leadership already pays for a suite. The RFP now asks for LLM visibility. Profound is the dedicated GEO name on that list. BrightEdge and Conductor are the incumbents trying to fold answers into the same workflow. Botify is the crawl-and-log platform people add because "AI bots" showed up in log files. Those are not the same purchase.
Promptwatch is what we put in the ChatGPT and Perplexity slot. Essential is $95/mo for daily UI monitoring, citation analytics, share of voice, visitor analytics, and country targeting. It has no listed crawler-log allowance. Professional is $245/mo and adds 25M crawler logs, state and city targeting, Data Studio, ChatGPT Shopping insights, and custom reports. Business is $579/mo with 100M logs. Self-serve agency plans also include crawler allowances, state and city targeting, Data Studio, and custom reports. SSO and white-label require Enterprise/Custom. Promptwatch is rated 4.7/5 on G2 and serves 1,840+ brands. It was founded in Amsterdam in April 2025.
Botify is not in our tools index. We have no published price for it here. Treat it as an enterprise crawler and log product, not as a ChatGPT recommendation tracker.
Dedicated GEO vs the suite you already pay for
Enterprise LLM visibility has two layers.
Layer one is the recommendation log: did the model name you, cite you, and in what order, on a prompt list the SEO team owns. That is Profound's job and Promptwatch's job.
Layer two is the suite: briefs, governance, keyword portfolios, technical monitoring, a vendor you already survived procurement with. BrightEdge and Conductor live there. Their AI layers sit next to SEO metrics. You buy the platform or you do not. The AI column is not a standalone SKU.
If the RFP is "we need ChatGPT and Perplexity in the QBR," start with layer one. If the RFP is "we will not add a vendor," you are stuck improving the suite you have and accepting a shallower answer log.
Profound
Profound is the GEO incumbent on enterprise shortlists. Public pricing: Starter $99/mo annual (ChatGPT only, 50 prompts, one seat); Growth $399/mo annual (3 engines, 100 prompts). Enterprise is unpublished, commonly $2,000 to $5,000+/mo, up to ten engines, full Prompt Volumes, Agents, API, SSO, SOC 2. Setup is one to three months with a dedicated owner.
SEO teams should price the tier they will actually use. Starter does not satisfy an "enterprise LLM visibility" line in an RFP. Growth is still three engines. The product people mean in a steering-committee deck is Enterprise.
Prompt Volumes (estimated query demand) is the Profound-specific reason to pay that bill. If you do not need that dataset, you are buying a brand name.
BrightEdge and Conductor at the $49K to $51K median
BrightEdge median is about $51K/yr on 12 to 36 month auto-renewing terms with escalators. Credit-based licensing grows as you add engines and markets. The Generative Parser and the March 2026 AI Hyper Cube are real Overview-scale research assets. Data Cube numbers often need reconciling against Search Console. Autopilot has documented cases of automated on-page changes breaking a build. Buy BrightEdge to expand a program you already run, not as a greenfield GEO tool.
Conductor median is about $49K/yr (Vendr, 13 deals), range $26.8K to $500K+, implementation $20K to $150K, first year often 1.5x to 2x the subscription. AI Search Performance lives inside Intelligence and is not sold standalone. Conductor's own G2 reviewers have said the AI visibility layer does not yet give the depth they need to act. One enterprise user reported six months of configuration. Unlimited seats and editorial workflow are the reasons to be there already. They are weak reasons to start a Conductor contract for GEO alone.
Neither median includes a Promptwatch-style prompt log as the core object. They include AI visibility as a module.
Botify is a crawl product
Botify sells enterprise crawl, log analysis, and indexation workflow. SEO teams use it to see how bots fetch the site, where render fails, and which templates waste crawl budget. That includes AI crawlers when they appear in logs.
It does not replay "best [category] tool for [job]" inside ChatGPT. It does not store mention vs citation vs share of voice on a prompt. If a slide says "Botify for LLM visibility," ask whether the deliverable is crawl diagnostics or recommendation tracking. We will not invent a Botify price or an AI-answer feature we have not verified.
Pair a crawl/log tool with a GEO tracker. Do not substitute one for the other. On Professional, Business, and the self-serve agency plans, Promptwatch Agent Analytics is the GEO-side crawler log for ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, and Meta's AI crawler, with a crawl-to-citation path. That is still not a full site crawl suite. Botify is still not a recommendation tracker.
The ChatGPT and Perplexity log
After how we rank, enterprise SEO teams still need a dated prompt result for ChatGPT (820M+ weekly active users) and Perplexity (22M+ monthly active users). Gemini (650M+ monthly active users) and Google AI Overviews can sit on the same Promptwatch paid plan. GSC generative reports cover Google's own surfaces.
Professional ($245/mo) or Business ($579/mo) is the self-serve size for a team that is not ready for Profound Enterprise. Custom is there for SSO. Site: promptwatch.com. Keep BrightEdge or Conductor if they already own the editorial workflow. Add Botify if logs are the hole. Do not ask any of those three to be the ChatGPT recommendation system of record.
FAQ
Can BrightEdge replace a GEO tracker?
It can fold Overview-scale research into an existing BrightEdge program. It is not a reason to skip a prompt-level ChatGPT log.
Why is Botify on this list if it does not track recommendations?
Because RFPs lump "AI" with log files. Separate the crawl question from the recommendation question before you score vendors.
Is Profound Enterprise the default for Fortune-500 SEO?
It is the default demo. Price it against Promptwatch Business or Custom plus the suite you already have. Do not assume the $99 Starter is the same product.
Do we need both Agent Analytics and Botify?
Different jobs. Agent Analytics ties crawls to citations in the GEO tool on Professional, Business, and the self-serve agency plans. Botify is sitewide crawl and log operations. Some teams want both. Neither replaces mention/citation tracking.
What to do this week
- Split the RFP into three lines: recommendation log, suite workflow, crawl/logs. Score vendors on one line each.
- If BrightEdge or Conductor is already paid for, ask for the AI module demo and write down what it cannot store (prompt, mention, citation, engine).
- Put 30 enterprise prompts on Promptwatch Professional or Business. That is the ChatGPT/Perplexity log.
- Talk to Profound only at Growth or Enterprise, not Starter.
- Leave Botify in the technical-SEO column unless they show you a recommendation report we do not have on file.
