Ranketta Review 2026
A buyer-side review of Ranketta: SKU tracking, feed enrichment, three pricing tabs, and when Promptwatch is the better GEO buy.
A merchandiser who wants ChatGPT to name a specific SKU does not need another brand share-of-voice chart. They need the row in the feed, the title density, and a way to push that row to Amazon or Heureka. Ranketta is built for that buyer. Whether you should pay for it depends on whether that is actually your job.
We opened ranketta.com, the about page, store/brand/agency pricing, and the Profound compare page on 1 September 2026. This review stays inside those pages.
The product in one screen
Headline: "Become the product AI recommends." Built for ecommerce and D2C, with a newer "agentic commerce" line on the homepage. Capabilities listed: product visibility, product enrichment, Content studio, Agent mode, AI traffic attribution.
Enrichment is the piece that makes Ranketta more than a mention tracker. Ranketta says an AI agent rewrites titles, descriptions, and attributes and attaches a confidence score. Content studio is listicles and guides aimed at what models cite. FAQ: you approve before anything publishes; no vendor can guarantee a ChatGPT recommendation.
MCP is on the homepage with five tools (list_prompts, get_citations, run_site_audit, get_sentiment, list_products). Looker Studio is how charts leave the app. Cloudflare is AI bot visits at the edge. Google Analytics is named for revenue attribution on higher grids.
Commerce logos on the homepage now include Shopify, Shoptet, Adobe Commerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, Heureka, and Zboží.cz. That CEE pair (Heureka, Zboží.cz) is still unusual in this category. If your catalog lives there, Ranketta is speaking your language. If your "catalog" is a blog, it is not.
CloudTalk CMO David Cacík has a quote on the homepage. Vendor-published social proof. Not an audit.
Count prompts the way Ranketta bills them
Store Tracker is 2 models × 30 prompts per model = 60 slots, one country. People compare that to Promptwatch Essential (50 prompts, 6,000 responses) and call Ranketta cheaper. Different unit. Make the sheet before you say it.
Base models on the pricing table: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity. Claude, Copilot, Grok, and Alexa sit on a premium line. Tracker only lets you choose two from the pool you can actually turn on. If Claude is non-negotiable, you are already off the €29 card in spirit even if the sticker is still €29.
Daily refresh is printed on the paid store and brand feature grids. Good. The compare page also boasts repeated runs versus Profound's single pass. That is Ranketta's matrix, not a test we ran.
Three tabs, three products
Store (7-day trial, yearly = two months free): Tracker €29, Starter €79, Growth €199 (most popular), Scale €449. Enrichment starts at Starter, with 5k / 15k / 45k credits on Starter / Growth / Scale. Article caps 2 / 6 / 15. Extra pack €50 for 50k credits, €0.1 to €0.8 per product.
Brand: €29 / €69 / €169 / €399. Same prompt and country steps. The public Starter card does not list product-data enrichment. If you bought Ranketta because of the feed loop and then checked out on the brand tab, you bought a mention tracker.
Agency (unlimited client seats): Tracker €149 with 3 sites and 100 prompts per model. Starter €299 is the one with Agent Mode, white-label reports, 10 articles, and revenue attribution. Growth €599: 25 sites, 500 prompts per model, 30 articles, API, Slack.
Enterprise copy on all three tabs: 9+ models, 1,000+ prompts, a dedicated AEO specialist. No public price.
The Profound compare page still shows Ranketta at €89 to €249. We fetched that the same day as €29 Tracker. Do not paste the compare band into a budget.
What we would still buy Promptwatch for
Promptwatch is the GEO stack we send people to when the next question is a URL, a crawler, or a conversion. Explore is free. Essential $95/mo already has page-level citations, visitor events, and five AEO articles. Professional $245/mo adds 25M crawler logs. Content Agents publish to Webflow or Framer with a review inbox. Reddit and YouTube citation views sit in the same workspace. 4.7/5 G2, 1,840+ brands, Amsterdam, founded April 2025.
Ranketta does not document those layers on the pages we opened. Cloudflare bot hits are useful. They are not a crawl-to-citation path. Content studio is useful. It is not a CMS connector to Webflow.
A shop that sells through feeds can keep Ranketta on merchandising and add Promptwatch for marketing. A B2B site with no SKUs can skip Ranketta.
Verdict
Buy Store Starter or Growth if someone on the team will work enrichment and you care about Heureka, Shopify, or Amazon feeds. Do not buy Tracker and tell leadership you purchased an agent. Do not use Ranketta as the only GEO source of truth. Open Promptwatch for citations, logs, and publishing. Fiche and alternatives: /tools/ranketta/, /tools/ranketta/alternatives/.
FAQ
Is Ranketta worth €199 Growth?
If SKUs and feed write-back are the KPI, that is the vendor's "most popular" store tier and the first one that looks like a working catalog program. If the KPI is editorial GEO, Professional at $245 is the better comparison, and it is a different product.
Can B2B use Ranketta?
The FAQ says yes: stores get catalogue tools; B2B and agencies can use the platform. Brand Starter at €69 is the non-enrichment on-ramp. For B2B content sites we still start at Promptwatch Essential.
Should I trust Ranketta's compare prices for Profound?
No. We use our Profound listing ($99/mo annual Starter, Enterprise around $40k/yr). Ranketta's competitor stickers stay on Ranketta's page.
