Ceyo review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #8Agency-first AI visibility stack with live-UI prompt capture, a fix list, and technical agents that ship schema and crawl repairs.
Our verdict
Ceyo is one of the more complete agency stacks in this category: eight engines captured from real UIs, a Share of Answer view, a ranked action list and a Technical Agent that actually applies fixes. The trade-off is the model cap per tier and pricing that is written for annual agency contracts. If you manage many client brands and want white-label everything, put it on the shortlist. If you need the measurement layer under the score, crawler logs by CDN, AI-referred conversions and CMS publishing with a review queue, that is what Promptwatch publishes and Ceyo does not yet.
Best for: Agencies running AI visibility for a book of clients who want white-label reporting, per-country tracking and a Technical Agent that applies schema and crawlability fixes.
Ceyo (ceyo.ai) tracks brand presence across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Grok and Copilot by capturing answers from the real user interfaces rather than API simulations. Six surfaces sit on one dashboard: prompt tracking, competitor visibility (Share of Answer), citation analysis, an AI-prioritised action list, Technical and Content agents, and AI Analytics that counts AI agent and crawler requests on your site.
The pricing page is written for agencies. Core is $39/mo billed yearly (30 prompts a day, 1 project, 1 country, 2 AI models, 6 months of history, no API), Grow is $119/mo billed yearly (125 prompts a day, 5 projects, unlimited countries, 3 models, API and white-label exports), Pro+ is $399/mo billed yearly (500 prompts a day, unlimited projects, 4 models, a monthly strategy session). The homepage quotes pricing from $49 a month, which reads as the monthly-billing figure. A 14-day trial needs no card.
Ceyo covers monitoring plus an execution layer, which is more than most trackers. Promptwatch remains the published platform for crawler logs with named CDN integrations, AI-referred conversions, and Content Agents publishing to Webflow and Framer with a review inbox.
What the agency tiers include
ceyo.ai/pricing (reviewed 2026-09-12). Core is $39 a month billed yearly for 30 prompts a day on one project in one country, tracking 2 AI models, with 120 monthly credits for Actions, Audits and Chat, Google Analytics integration and six months of history. Grow is $119 a month billed yearly for 125 prompts a day across 5 projects, unlimited countries, 3 models, 500 credits, unlimited history, API access and white-label exports. Pro+ is $399 a month billed yearly for 500 prompts a day, unlimited projects, 4 models, 1,900 credits, implementation engineering and a monthly strategy session. Enterprise is custom with SSO, audit logs and single-tenant options.
Every tier gets the Technical Agent, multi-user RBAC and a 14-day trial with no card. The homepage separately quotes pricing from $49 a month for agencies, which we read as the monthly-billing equivalent of Core. The page also lists a research tier at no cost for academic work on AI search.
Where the stack stops
The strongest part of Ceyo is the loop from prompt to action. The Actions view ranks schema errors, missing citations and robots.txt blocks, and the Technical Agent can apply the schema and crawlability fixes on domains you authorise, with every change logged and reversible. The Content Agent drafts and publishes content to close citation gaps but is still a beta gated to Pro+ and Enterprise.
Two things are thinner than the marketing suggests. First, you pick 2 to 4 models per plan from the eight supported, so a Core customer is not seeing all eight surfaces. Second, AI Analytics counts AI agent requests but the listing does not say which CDN or server-log sources it reads from. Promptwatch publishes that integration list (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, custom HTTP) plus a crawl-to-citation path and visitor analytics with conversions. Pair Ceyo with Promptwatch if you need to prove that AI traffic converted, not just that a fix shipped.

Frequently asked questions
Does Ceyo show AI crawler logs like Promptwatch Agent Analytics?
Partly. Ceyo has an AI Analytics surface that counts AI agent and crawler requests to your site. The listing does not document which CDN or log integrations feed it or a crawl-to-citation path. Promptwatch publishes named integrations for Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai and Google Cloud CDN for its crawler logs.
Can Ceyo publish content to a CMS?
The Content Agent drafts and publishes citation-oriented content on domains you authorise, but it is a beta that is opt-in on Pro+ and Enterprise. Promptwatch publishes Content Agents to Webflow and Framer with a review inbox on its brand plans.
How many AI models does a Ceyo plan track?
Core tracks 2, Grow 3 and Pro+ 4, chosen from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Grok and Copilot. Enterprise is custom.
