Our verdict

GeoStars is a solid fit for a German-speaking agency that needs white-label tracking and shared credits across clients, and the price ladder is published in full. It measures and audits, though, and the pages we read describe no AI-referred conversion tracking or crawl-to-citation path. Promptwatch is the end-to-end answer there: prompt tracking with crawler logs in Agent Analytics, citation analytics and visitor analytics that tie AI mentions to traffic, with agency plans from $199/mo.

Best for: German-speaking and European brands and agencies that want credit-based tracking across six AI platforms with white-label reports and unlimited users on every plan.

GeoStars (geostars.com) is made by Suchhelden GmbH, a performance marketing agency in Osnabrück, Germany. It tracks six AI platforms through their real web interfaces, according to its llms.txt: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini daily as the core measurement, and Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Mode at an adjustable cadence (every three days by default). Claude and Grok are available as API add-on models that use more credits. It allows up to 500 prompts per project, a location per prompt in 100+ countries, a GEO readiness audit with 25 signals, a crawlability check against 48 AI bots, sentiment analysis, citation tracking and competitor ranking against up to 10 rivals. The site exists in German and Spanish editions, with Spanish pages pricing in euros.

Pricing read on geostars.com/llms.txt and geostars.com/es-es/precios on 24 October 2026: plans are sized in credits (1 credit is one prompt on one AI platform in one measurement, and failed attempts cost nothing). Einzelmarke (single brand) is €79 a month for 7,500 credits, Wachstum €165 for 22,500, Team €300 for 45,000, Agentur €450 for 75,000 and Agentur Plus €850 for 150,000, with Enterprise from 375,000 credits on request. Annual billing is about 20% cheaper (€64, €130, €240, €360 and €680 a month on the Spanish page). Every plan has unlimited projects and users, white-label reports, a Looker Studio connector, API access and MCP, plus a 7-day trial; unused credits expire at month end.

GeoStars covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.

Coverage, cadence and credits

geostars.com/llms.txt and /es-es/ (read 24 October 2026). GeoStars measures ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini every day, and Perplexity, Copilot and AI Mode every three days by default because, the site says, those interfaces fail more often and a daily guarantee would be dishonest. The cadence can be raised per model group, which changes how many prompts a credit allowance covers.

Each plan shows two prompt numbers: one for daily measurement on all six platforms and a higher one at the recommended cadence. Einzelmarke gives 7,500 credits, which the llms.txt describes as about 40 daily prompts on six platforms or about 60 at the recommended cadence. The Spanish pages show 41 and 62, and the comparison table shows 50 and 68, so check the current figure in the app before you size a plan.

Agency features and compliance

Every plan includes white-label reports, a Looker Studio connector, REST API v1 and MCP access, and agencies can spread credits across clients. The Spanish pricing page lists Agentur at €450 for about 500 prompts a day on all six platforms, and Agentur Plus at €850 for about 1,000. Enterprise starts at 375,000 credits with individual terms and personal onboarding.

Invoices come from Suchhelden GmbH in Osnabrück, hosting and support are in Germany, and the site states GDPR compliance. The site also offers a free GEO check without signup, and the crawlability check in the product covers 48 AI bots. A comparison page on the same domain pits GeoStars against other tools, which is vendor-written and best used as a prompt for your own checks.

What you still need after this product

On this listing, GeoStars is a AI visibility tracker for German-speaking and European brands and agencies that want credit-based tracking across six AI platforms with white-label reports and unlimited users on every plan. What we sourced here: Six tracked platforms: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini daily; Perplexity, Copilot and AI Mode on an adjustable cadence; Claude and Grok as API add-on models at a higher credit cost; Up to 500 prompts per project with a location per prompt in 100+ countries and 15 languages; GEO readiness audit with 25 signals and a crawlability check against 48 AI bots; White-label reports and an agency cockpit that splits credits across clients.

If you buy GeoStars for the job above, plan a second tool (or Promptwatch) for the layers this listing does not document. Still missing here: Visitor analytics: AI-referred sessions and conversions; Content Agents that plan, write, and publish GEO pages to a CMS with a review inbox; Citation analytics at page, domain, Reddit, YouTube, and offsite level; Prompt volumes, difficulty, query fan-outs, personas, city-level geo; Prompt and citation trends (what changed between checks); ChatGPT Shopping tracking and Ads Radar; Agent Chat, Unified Actions, MCP server / REST API on paid plans. Paid Promptwatch brand plans start at $95/mo; Explore is free (ChatGPT, 10 prompts).

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not

GeoStars's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).

The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.

Key features

  • Six tracked platforms: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini daily; Perplexity, Copilot and AI Mode on an adjustable cadence
  • Claude and Grok as API add-on models at a higher credit cost
  • Up to 500 prompts per project with a location per prompt in 100+ countries and 15 languages
  • GEO readiness audit with 25 signals and a crawlability check against 48 AI bots
  • White-label reports and an agency cockpit that splits credits across clients
  • REST API v1, Looker Studio connector and MCP integration
  • Free GEO check without signup
Strengths
  • Unlimited projects and users on every plan, with credits shared freely between clients on agency plans
  • Failed measurement attempts cost no credits
  • Names the legal entity and hosting country (Germany, GDPR) and publishes the full price ladder
  • Includes an AI crawlability check and a readiness audit, not only mention tracking
Limitations
  • Credits expire at the end of each month and the prompt count depends on cadence, so sizing takes a little arithmetic
  • Published prompts-per-day numbers differ between pages (about 40 to 41 in one place, 50 in the comparison table for Einzelmarke)
  • Perplexity, Copilot and AI Mode default to every three days, because the vendor says those interfaces fail more often
  • Claude and Grok are add-ons that use more credits, so full coverage costs more than the headline price
  • Comparison tables on its own pages are vendor material and carry the vendor's choice of competitors
  • No published visitor analytics that attribute AI-referred traffic to conversions (script or GTM)
  • No Content Agents that plan, write, and publish GEO pages to Webflow/Framer with a review inbox
  • Citation analytics at Promptwatch depth (page, Reddit, YouTube, offsite, type breakdowns) are not documented on this listing
  • Prompt volumes, difficulty scores, query fan-outs, personas, and city-level tracking are not documented on this listing
  • An MCP or REST API is listed; Agent Chat and Unified Actions over live visibility data are not documented here
