Ceyo vs Dageno vs Promptwatch: Agency GEO Platforms Compared (2026)

Three GEO platforms that price for agencies. Ceyo sells annual agency contracts with a Technical Agent, Dageno sells six agents and pitch reports from $79, Promptwatch sells unlimited projects with crawler logs and conversions from $199.

An agency buying GEO software has a different checklist from a brand. Projects per plan, seats, white-label exports, a way to turn a prospect's URL into a pitch, and a price that does not multiply by client count. Ceyo, Dageno and Promptwatch all write their pricing pages with that buyer in mind, and they make three different bets on what an agency will pay for.

Ceyo and Dageno facts were read from their pricing pages on 12 September 2026. Promptwatch facts come from the fact sheet sourced from promptwatch.com/llms.txt.

Ceyo: annual agency contracts around a Technical Agent

Ceyo's bet is that agencies will pay for a fix that ships. Its Actions view ranks schema errors, content gaps and crawlability problems, and the Technical Agent applies schema and crawl repairs on domains the client has authorised, logged and reversible. Answers are captured from real interfaces across eight engines with raw responses retained, and Share of Answer is reported per model and per query. AI Analytics counts AI agent and crawler requests. REST API with scoped keys and white-label embedding arrive at Grow.

The prices on the pricing page are annual-billing figures. Core is $39 a month billed yearly: 30 prompts a day, 1 project, 1 country, 2 models, six months of history, no API. Grow is $119: 125 prompts a day, 5 projects, unlimited countries, 3 models, API and white-label exports. Pro+ is $399: 500 prompts a day, unlimited projects, 4 models, implementation engineering and a monthly strategy session. The homepage quotes from $49 a month, which we read as monthly billing on Core. EU data residency in Ireland is the default. The catch for an agency is that a client on Core sees two of the eight engines, and the Content Agent is a beta only on Pro+ and Enterprise.

Dageno: six agents and unlimited pitch reports from $79

Dageno's bet is on the prospecting motion. Every plan, including Starter at $79 a month, includes six agents (Opportunity Analyst, Content Writer, Pitch Builder, SEO/GEO Auditor, Backlinks, Social Media), daily tracking on any three engines from ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview and Copilot, up to ten competitors, and unlimited pre-sales pitch reports. The Pitch Builder turns a prospect's URL into a sales document at no marginal cost, which is the feature that will sell it to an agency owner.

Starter is 50 prompts, 1 project, 5 seats and 24,000 agent credits. Growth is $199 for 150 prompts, 2 projects and 8 seats. Scale is $499 for 500 prompts, 5 projects and 10 seats. Annual billing saves 15%. Prompts are pooled at account level. The limits are firm: three platforms per project on every self-serve tier, Claude absent from the list, MCP and API on Enterprise only, and agent credits are an opaque unit with no stated cost per article or audit. Cloudflare and Google Cloud integrations are listed without saying what they feed, so we cannot credit Dageno with a crawler-log product.

Promptwatch: unlimited projects and the layer underneath

Promptwatch's bet is that an agency will pay for proof. Its agency plans are self-serve and all include unlimited projects, unlimited prompts and ten seats: Kick-off at $199 a month with a 7-day trial (10,000 responses, 10M crawler logs), Growth at $399 (25,000 responses, 25M crawler logs) and Scale at $799 (65,000 responses, 100M crawler logs). Enterprise adds SSO, white-label and dedicated support. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten.

What the agency gets that the other two do not publish is the measurement stack. Agent Analytics reads AI crawler logs from Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN or custom HTTP and shows ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther and the Meta AI crawler hitting client pages in real time, with a crawl-to-citation path. Visitor analytics tie AI-referred sessions to conversions via a script or GTM template. Citation analytics reach page, domain, Reddit, YouTube and offsite level with trends. Content Agents publish to Webflow and Framer through a review inbox. Monitoring runs on real UIs across nine chat engines plus Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Reporting connects to Looker Studio, and there is an MCP server, REST API v2 and Slack.

Which bet to take

Take Ceyo if the deliverable your clients pay for is technical remediation and you are comfortable with annual agency billing and a model cap per client. Take Dageno if your growth problem is new business and unlimited pitch reports plus six agents at $79 will fill the pipeline, accepting three engines per project. Take Promptwatch if your clients ask the question agencies dread, "did the AI traffic convert", because it is the only one of the three that publishes the crawler logs and visitor conversions that answer it, and its agency plans stop counting projects at all.

Many agencies will run Dageno for pitching and Promptwatch for delivery. Ceyo is the one that competes most directly with Promptwatch on scope; the difference is how much of that scope is documented, live and monthly.
