Sprinklr LLM Insights alternatives in 2026: AI answer tracking without a Sprinklr contract

Sprinklr LLM Insights only works inside Sprinklr Insights and bills every prompt refresh. Five alternatives for brand, PR and marketing teams, ranked.

Sprinklr LLM Insights has a good idea at its center. Instead of asking for a keyword list, it builds prompts from your own social listening, reviews, community, news and customer care data. Sprinklr suggests five prompt pillars from the past 60 days of listening and generates 50 prompts by default, which you can edit. Reports cover visibility, sentiment, citations and competitive presence across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.

Getting access is the hard part.

Why teams look for another option

LLM Insights is a capability inside Sprinklr Insights, and you need an existing Sprinklr Insights account with LLM Insights permissions to use it. No price was published when we checked on 14 October 2026.

Billing runs on contracted prompts, and every refresh counts against them. Sprinklr's help center gives the example itself: a 50-prompt report that refreshes daily uses 50 prompts a day, which works out to roughly 1,500 over a month. A consumption dashboard warns you when you're running low. At that point you buy more through your account team or switch reports off.

Competitor reports are capped at five. The product is also new. Sprinklr announced it on 10 June 2026 as a limited preview, with general availability planned for Q3 2026, so confirm what your contract actually includes before you plan a program around it.

The alternatives, ranked

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is the option for teams that don't own Sprinklr and don't want a suite purchase just to get AI tracking. It is self-serve. Explore is free for 10 ChatGPT prompts, Essential is $95 a month for 50 prompts and 6,000 responses, and Professional is $245 for 150 prompts and 18,000 responses. Responses are metered here too, but the allowances are on the pricing page before you talk to anyone.

Prompts carry personas, topics, search volumes and query fan-outs, and you get sentiment analysis, share of voice and competitor benchmarking. Citation analytics reaches Reddit threads, YouTube videos and offsite mentions. Brand teams should care about that, because those sources are often where a negative narrative in AI answers starts. From Professional upward, crawler logs show which AI bots read your pages, and visitor analytics shows whether AI-referred visitors converted.

What you give up is Sprinklr's prompt sourcing from care and listening data. Promptwatch won't read your support tickets. If that is the main reason you wanted LLM Insights and you already pay for Sprinklr, staying put is reasonable.

2. Onclusive GEO Analytics

Onclusive is the one PR-suite module here with published prices, all on annual plans. Starter is from $105 a month for one country, ChatGPT only and 80 prompts. Essential at $280 adds Perplexity and Gemini with 240 prompts. Claude and Grok first appear on Professional at $1,255. Its Priority Source Targets feature scores cited publications by impact and effort so PR teams know where to pitch. Every plan button routes to a demo form.

3. Meltwater GenAI Lens

GenAI Lens tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews with prevalence scores, AI share of voice and cited-source analysis linked to media coverage. Data refreshes on a 48-hour cycle, and the May 2026 release added AI-powered recommendations and executive reports. Pricing isn't published. For comms teams already on Meltwater it is the natural first trial.

4. Brand24

Brand24 is the closest in spirit to Sprinklr: social listening first, AI visibility as an add-on. The add-on covers nine engines and correlates AI visibility with the 25M+ social, news, blog and review sources Brand24 already monitors, with email and Slack alerts from its Events Detector. You'll need a quote for both the add-on and the base plan.

5. Cision AI Visibility Dashboard

Cision launched this dashboard inside CisionOne on 14 July 2026. It uses Trajaan data, monitors nine AI platforms per the launch release, and ties brand presence to media coverage, outreach and social listening. Like Sprinklr's module, it mostly makes sense if you're already on the parent suite, and the announcement didn't include pricing.

Who should pick which

Sprinklr Insights customers who value prompts written in their customers' own language should keep LLM Insights, and watch refresh cadence against the prompt contract. Teams already on Meltwater, Cision or Onclusive should try that vendor's module first, since the media data is already connected. If you want listening and AI answers in one cheaper tool, get a Brand24 quote.

If you don't own any of these suites, or the AI channel needs more than a reporting tab, evaluate Promptwatch first. Crawler logs and AI-referred conversions are the two things none of the listening suites here publish, and you can see the price before booking a sales call.

FAQ

Can I buy Sprinklr LLM Insights on its own?

No. It requires an existing Sprinklr Insights account with LLM Insights permissions.

How fast does Sprinklr use up contracted prompts?

Each prompt counts every time its report refreshes, so a 50-prompt daily report uses 50 prompts a day.

Which of these alternatives publish prices?

Promptwatch and Onclusive. Promptwatch is self-serve with monthly billing; Onclusive's prices are annual-plan rates, and every plan goes through a demo form.
