Azoma vs Ranketta 2026

Azoma is a quote-only platform for Amazon and Walmart shopping agents. Ranketta tracks SKUs and enriches feeds from €29/mo. A buyer's guide to which one fits your catalogue, and what to add for your own site.

Azoma and Ranketta agree on the basic idea. An AI shopping agent can only recommend a product it understands, so the catalogue itself needs work, not just a report. After that they part ways. Azoma is a custom-priced platform with global consumer brands on its customer page. Ranketta sells monthly plans in euros, starting at €29, and lists Central European marketplaces like Heureka and Zboží.cz next to Amazon and Shopify.

That price gap is the first thing buyers notice. It is not the most useful way to compare them. The better question is which agents and which storefronts your sales actually depend on.

The short answer

Choose Azoma if Amazon and Walmart are your main channels and you want edits pushed into Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Salsify. Choose Ranketta if you sell through Shopify, Shoptet, or comparison feeds in Central Europe and want enrichment you can switch on this week. If guides and content on your own site drive a big share of AI discovery, you will want a third tool as well, covered at the end.

What gets measured

Azoma's coverage comes in two groups. On the retail side it tracks Amazon Alexa for Shopping (the agent that launched as Rufus), Amazon COSMO, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada LazzieChat, and it reaches Target through Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT. On the LLM side it names ChatGPT with ChatGPT Shopping, Gemini with AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Results are reported at brand, category, and SKU level, with share of voice, citations, a query log, sentiment, and competitive gap analysis.

On Ranketta, five engines come as standard: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode. If you also want Amazon Alexa, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Grok, those are sold as premium extras on the paid store and brand plans. Each plan caps how many models you pick, from two on Tracker up to five on Scale. Walmart shows up in Ranketta's list of commerce connectors, but Walmart Sparky is not listed as a tracked model.

So if Walmart's own assistant is in the brief, Ranketta is the wrong tool. If you mostly care about Google's AI answers and ChatGPT for a European shop, it covers that.

How the catalogue gets fixed

Ranketta's enrichment agent rewrites titles, descriptions, and attributes and gives each change a confidence score. Its Content studio drafts articles, and nothing goes out without human approval. Enrichment starts on Store Starter at €79/mo with 5,000 credits. Growth includes 15,000 and Scale 45,000, and a separate pack adds 50,000 credits for €50/mo. Ranketta lists €0.1 to €0.8 per enriched product.

Azoma works one level up, across the retailer back ends where large brands manage listings. Its connectors reach Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM systems, and it fills the attribute gaps it finds there. Product page copy, imagery, and blog content are generated within the claims and tone a brand has approved, then pushed into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, Shopify, and PIM/DAM tools. It also covers things our Ranketta listing does not mention: syndicating content to the third-party sources agents cite, watching Reddit, Quora, Wikipedia, and forums for citation openings, and an Answer Integrity check for inaccurate product claims in AI answers.

Put simply, Ranketta improves the feed you give it. Azoma tries to manage how your product is represented everywhere an agent might look.

Reading Ranketta's price list

Ranketta has three pricing tabs, and buying from the wrong one is an easy mistake.

TabMonthly plansWorth knowing
Store€29 / €79 / €199 / €449Enrichment starts at Store Starter (€79)
Brand€29 / €69 / €169 / €399Brand-mention tracking; no store enrichment on the public card
Agency€149 / €299 / €599Unlimited client seats; Agent Mode and white-label reports from €299

Store and brand tabs advertise a 7-day trial, and yearly billing gives two months free. Our listing flags one oddity: Ranketta's compare pages have printed different prices (€89 to €249) from the pricing page, so treat checkout as the real quote. Prompts are also counted per model. A Tracker plan with two models and 30 prompts per model gives you 60 prompt slots, which is not the same unit other tools use.

Azoma publishes none of this. It offers separate brand and agency plans, quoted through sales, with no public trial terms.

Questions that settle it

  • Does real revenue come from Amazon or Walmart? Azoma covers their agents directly. Ranketta offers Amazon Alexa only as a premium model and does not list Sparky.
  • Do you sell on Heureka, Zboží.cz, or Shoptet? Ranketta names them. Azoma does not.
  • Do you need a number before a sales call? Only Ranketta gives you one.
  • Is security asking about SOC 2? Azoma says its SOC 2 is in progress and not yet certified. Our Ranketta listing says nothing about certifications, so ask.
  • Do you want an MCP server for your own agents? Ranketta documents one with tools for prompts, citations, audits, sentiment, and products. Azoma does not publish an MCP server or public reporting API.

What neither is designed for

Both are product tools first. Ranketta logs AI bot visits at the Cloudflare edge and connects to Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Azoma offers crawler visit monitoring and reads AI traffic through GA4. Neither documents a crawl-to-citation path or its own visitor-to-conversion tracking, and neither publishes editorial content to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.

That matters for any shop that also runs buying guides or a blog, because those pages are what AI assistants quote while a shopper is still deciding. For that layer we recommend Promptwatch. It shows which of your pages get cited, including citations that come from Reddit and YouTube, and tracks prompts across eleven AI surfaces. On Professional ($245/mo, 25M crawler logs), Agent Analytics pulls logs from your CDN and shows which AI crawlers fetched which page before a citation appeared. Visitor analytics connects AI referrals to conversions from Essential ($95/mo) upward. Business ($579/mo) adds the automated Content Agent, Shopping Insights for ChatGPT Shopping, and Ads Radar.

Promptwatch does not track Amazon or Walmart agents and does not enrich feeds. It will not replace either tool on the product side. For a European D2C shop we'd run Ranketta for SKUs and Promptwatch for the site; for a brand selling through Vendor Central, Azoma plus Promptwatch. Compare Promptwatch plans. The free Explore tier is enough to check whether your content pages are being cited at all.
