Best local GEO software for agencies with city-level tracking (2026)
Seven local GEO tools ranked for agencies that report AI visibility by city across many clients: client limits, white-label, reporting exports and what each one costs as the roster grows.
A local SEO agency doesn't have one location problem. It has thirty, one per client, and each client cares about a different set of towns. The tool that works for a single dentist falls apart when you add a roofing company in three counties and a law firm that wants Phoenix and Tucson in separate columns.
So we ranked local GEO software on agency terms. Can you set the city yourself, or only follow a client's address? What happens to the bill at client number twenty? Can you put the data in front of a client without screenshots? And when a city drops, can you explain it?
1. Promptwatch
Promptwatch has the agency packaging the local suites lack. Every self-serve agency plan includes unlimited projects and prompts, 10 seats, and state and city tracking: Kick-off at $199/mo (10,000 responses), Growth at $399/mo (25,000) and Scale at $799/mo (65,000). Kick-off and Growth come with a 7-day trial. The response budget is the real ceiling, so you plan by cities times prompts times models, not by client count.
Location sits on a monitor (country, state, city, language, persona), and you choose it. A client with no office in Tucson can still be tracked in Tucson. Prompts run daily across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and more.
For reporting, agency plans include custom reports, a Looker Studio connector and unlimited pitch projects for prospect audits. Promptwatch also lists a white-label workspace, client portal and white-label PDF exports for agencies. What sets it apart in client meetings is the "why" layer: citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, Agent Analytics crawler logs per page, and visitor analytics with conversions. One honest gap: the automated Content Agent and AEO articles are on the Business brand plan and Enterprise, not on agency plans. Agency plans get Agent Chat, content gap analysis and site audits instead.
2. Local Falcon
Local Falcon is the tool local agencies already know from map scans, and its AI scans use the same credits. Each grid point (3x3 up to 21x21) is one AI sample on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode or Grok. The map output is the easiest local AI report to explain to a business owner.
For agencies, unlimited keywords and locations on every plan helps, and integrations plus the data retrieval API are included above monthly Starter. Looker Studio, Zapier, n8n, an MCP server and a REST API are listed. The constraint is the meter: credits run from 7,500 ($24.99/mo) to 63,150 ($199.99/mo), and monthly credits expire. At scale, grid size and frequency become a margin question you'll answer every month.
3. Synup AEO
Synup AEO is priced per location and every plan has every feature. White-label and a client portal start on Premium ($299/mo, up to 10 locations), and reports can be shared as read-only links. Pro covers 25 locations for $499/mo and Scale 50 for $899/mo. That's predictable for an agency selling a local package.
What you give up is control. Synup writes 16 discovery prompts per location, the pages we read don't describe adding your own, and reports refresh monthly on three engines. It's a pulse check you can white-label, not a tracking program.
4. Uberall GEO Studio
Uberall GEO Studio has unlimited users on its self-serve plans, which suits agencies with many client logins. It also integrates with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Looker Studio. Location-level tracking and daily runs start on GEO Scale at $449/mo with 150 prompts and five engines. Its Action Center drafts content with an approval step and publishes to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or Framer.
5. BrightLocal Local AI Visibility
BrightLocal Local AI Visibility is free with any Track, Manage or Grow plan, and many agencies already run their citation work in BrightLocal. Each location gets 20 prompts on ChatGPT, AI Mode and AI Overviews, scored against local competitors. The agency problem is reporting. BrightLocal's help center says export and white-label are on the roadmap, not live, so results stay inside BrightLocal for now.
6. AIrketing
AIrketing is the budget option for Spanish-language markets. Its Agencia plan is €129/mo (€116 annually, excl. VAT) for 20 brands and 240 prompts, with a city set on each prompt, weekly runs on six surfaces including Google Search, and PDF and Word reports. 240 prompts across 20 clients is 12 per client, so plan on one or two cities each.
7. Birdeye Search AI
Birdeye Search AI covers seven engines per location, which is wide. It's sold through sales by location band with no published price, and prompts are metered per location, engine and query. That's workable for a single large chain. For an agency with many small clients it's hard to quote.

Our pick
If you sell local AI visibility as a monthly service, the tool has to survive two meetings: the one where you show a client their cities, and the one three months later where they ask why Tucson fell. The suites handle the first. Promptwatch handles both, because crawler logs, citation trends and AI-referred conversions are in the same workspace as the city data. Start with Kick-off at promptwatch.com and move to Growth when your response budget fills up.
